Session Rates & Payment
Complimentary Initial Consultation — 20 Minutes
I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation for us to connect, discuss what brings you to somatic work, and explore whether Somatic Experiencing® feels like a good fit for your needs.
Individual Sessions
- 45 minutes — $125
- 60 minutes — $150
- 90 minutes — $200
The standard session is 45 minutes. Extended 60- or 90-minute sessions are available when additional time would be supportive of your needs. Please contact me to discuss availability.
Each session offers space to slow down, connect with your body's experience, and gently explore what supports greater regulation, resilience, and ease.
Starter Package — Three 45-Minute Sessions for $300
For those ready to begin, I offer a three-session package for $300, a savings of $75 compared to booking individual 45-minute sessions. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. This package offers an opportunity to explore the work over several sessions, allowing us to build familiarity and work at a pace that feels supportive to you.
Payment & Insurance
Payment for individual sessions is due at the time of your appointment. Starter packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Somatic Experiencing® sessions at Southeast Somatics are offered as somatic support and are not psychotherapy services. Because these sessions are not psychotherapy, they cannot be billed to health insurance. A receipt of payment is available upon request.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in the case of an unforeseeable emergency. Any cancellation fee will be determined at my discretion.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy helps honor the time set aside for your session and allows me to offer that time to someone else whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
Safety & Inclusion
Southeast Somatics welcomes people of all body sizes, identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I am committed to creating a space where you can feel respected, supported, and safe as we work together. To maintain this environment, hate speech, discrimination, and threatening or hostile behavior are not permitted. A sense of safety is an important foundation for somatic work, allowing us to explore your experiences at a pace that respects your nervous system and supports the work we do together.
